Protecting Benson and Preston Crowmarsh from Further Speculative Development

We would encourage all residents to actively support the SODC Local Plan as this plan backs the policies in the Benson Revised Neighbourhood Plan which in turn helps to protect Benson and Preston Crowmarsh from further speculative development applications.

The final consultation on the draft Local Plan closes on TUESDAY NOV 12TH AT MIDNIGHT, To ensure that this Draft Plan progresses to an Agreed Plan for South Oxfordshire, it’s important that we go online and express our support.

2. Scroll down and click on “COMMENT NOW.”
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Click here to provide your comments.”
4. Provide your consent, fill in your details, and click “Continue.”
5. Select “Comment on the Policies” and scroll down to “spatial strategy SP1,” then tick “Sound.”
6. Select “Comment on the Policies” and scroll down to “housing requirement HO1” then tick “Sound.”
7. You may also choose to add further comments or click “No further comments.”
8. Submit the form.
