Plots and prices
We currently have a total of 108 plots at the following locations:
- Mill Lane Allotments – 38 plots
- St Helen’s Avenue – 64 plots
- Stream Side – 6 plots
Plot size ranges from 23m² – 211m²
2024/25 prices are 07.20p per square meter plus an admin fee on top of £13.21. We hope to obtain more allotments as part of the new housing developments but do not yet have a date for their availability.
How to apply (for an allotment)
You should read the terms and conditions first and you can apply using the application form on the website. Once completed return the form to the Facilities Manager at halls@bensonpc.org.uk or to the Parish Office. As you can imagine there is high demand for allotments so you may find you are on a waiting list. We will contact you once we have an allotment available.
How to pay (for your allotment)
You will receive an invoice and can pay by BACS, cheque or credit card. Unfortunately, we can no longer accept cash.
